TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• No purchase is necessary.
• Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society prize draws are open to UK residents except employees and their families and employees of associated companies.
• Only one entry per person. All duplicate entries will be void.
• Closing date for entries – Friday 19th March 2010 at 9am.
• The winner will be the first name randomly drawn after 9am under independent supervision.
• The Winner will be notified by email and telephone/mobile phone. 
• The prize will be to meet X factor finalist Olly Murs at the quadrant, 7-15 Rayne Road, Braintree, CM7 2QA. It will include a professional photograph taken. A framed copy of the photograph will then be sent to the winner. The meeting will be between 8.30am and 9.00am on Saturday 20th March, 2010. The Society will discuss arrival details with the winner during the notification. The winner will need to make their own way to the store.
• Anyone entering the draw under the age of 16 must be present with an accompanying adult.
• In the event that the winner cannot accept the prize the Society will reselect an alternative winner.
• The Judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society reserves the right to display a  photograph of the winner and their name for press purposes.
•  The prize is not transferable and no alternative will be given.
• Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society reserves the right to substitute an equivalent prize of equal or greater value should the circumstances require it and the entrant agrees to participate in such publicity.
• Registration signifies acceptance of these rules.
• The prize draw winner details will be published on www.chelmsfordstar.coop and other Society publications.
• The Society will not pass entry details onto a third party but may contact entrants from time to time with relevant news and offers.
